According to the latest study from the Centers for Disease
Control (CDC.gov), more than one third (1/3) of all adults in the United
States are not just overweight but overweight to the point of obesity.
Being overweight causes billions of dollars a year in weight related
health issues. Not only are there negative health consequences to being
overweight, being overweight affects a person's love life, relationships
with friends, mood and job prospects among other things. Review your
own life honestly; are there areas in which being overweight has, or is,
causing you problems?
