Anyone who tells you that you can eliminate all your stress is either lying to you or is just plain wrong. Stress is a natural process your body uses to learn how to deal with life. It can never be stopped but it can be channeled into something manageable. I find that my stress comes from holding in my emotions, not laughing when I see something funny, not crying when I'm sad, or not yelling when I'm angry. Keeping these things bundled up inside can let stress take over your life in a not healthy way. I know of course you can't go around laughing, crying, or yelling. At least not in public, but you can channel your emotion into other forms of release.
