Here's My Crucial Life-Saving Information for Maintaining Good Heart Health

By

Getting good quality nutrition day in day out is more important than any money you have in the bank!
How come?
Your money in the bank could be a good investment, but you may not live long enough to reap the benefits of having invested wisely if your poor diet over the years leads to a debilitating illness like heart disease. So, to be healthy, wealthy and wise over the years and enjoy your life to the full it is necessary to focus on a heart-friendly diet.
Here are my recommendations to promote a healthy heart and good blood circulation.
Get food sources rich in vitamins C, E, B6 and B12. Also make sure you get foods rich in folic acid, omega-3 fats, C0-Enzyme Q-10, L-Glutamine and magnesium.
Studies such as those carried out by Linus Pauling have linked heart disease to poor dietary levels of vitamin C over the years. This vitamin contributes the building of good blood vessel walls, mops up those nasty free radicals... Foods like fruits and vegetables are excellent sources.
For vitamin E, a great antioxidant, make sure you get good supplies of seeds (like sunflower), nuts, spinach, avocados and shellfish...
Vitamin B6 helps lower homocysteine levels which contribute to heart and related problems. It is present in foods such as nuts, fish, bananas and avocados.
Vitamin B12 also has the ability to lower homocysteine levels is present in foods such as eggs, cheese, fish and shellfish.
Folic acid, part of the vitamin B complex and good for heart health can be found in abundance in dark leafy greens such as spinach, asparagus, broccoli, beans, peas, lentils and citrus fruits like oranges and lemons.
Omega-3 fats, good for not just heart health but also as protection from other diseases. Seeds (e.g. flax seeds), nuts (e.g. walnuts), eggs and fish (e.g. sardines) have high levels of omega-3.
C0-Enzyme Q-10, contributes to blood pressure lowering and reduces heart attacks, is present as part of your body's natural metabolic functioning. It is in fish, fruit, vegetables and eggs...
L-Glutamine helps heart muscle function. It can be obtained as a supplement and has been recommended for heart patients.
Magnesium prevents a build up of arterial plaque and is present in nuts, dark leafy greens such as spinach, beans, lentils and fish.
All the above nutrients work together synergistically to improve heart function and reduce disease.
Further advice
Try avoiding junk foods with high fat, salt and sugar levels. Also, chemical additives like monosodium glutamate, artificial sweeteners... and food with low quality nutrition.
The solution to avoiding the above is to buy certified organic food.
Have a positive outlook on life, get adequate sleep, exercise regularly and stay away from toxicity.
