If you have diabetes or are even borderline diabetic, exercise
can be very beneficial to keeping your blood sugar levels in the 'safe
zone', and also lowering your risk of heart disease. Of course, it's not
always so easy to start up a new exercise routine when you're not used
to it. And if you're like many people just recently diagnosed with type 2
diabetes, you may be very reluctant to start something new. But the
combination of medication, diet, and exercise can go a long way - so
