1. Spinning in a circle like children do


This simple exercise is perhaps the most important thing you can do for general health and weight loss.

Here's why. When you spin around clockwise with your arms out like airplane wings, you stimulate your Endocrine System. This is the system in your body that controls your hormones and the daily release of them.

The problem is, you and most other people have imbalances with you hormones and the release of them.

    In my opinion everybody can reduce their weight loss by doing regular exercise and yoga.Moreover this you have to control your food.You must intake proper diet.Please do not take tension about this.
